Threadfin fish is a rich source of protein that is necessary for the growth and repair of body tissues. It is also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been associated with various health benefits such as reducing inflammation, supporting brain function, and promoting heart health. Furthermore, it is considered a low-mercury fish, making it safe to consume regularly without the risk of mercury poisoning. Threadfin fish is also abundant in vital vitamins and minerals such as iron, vitamin B12, and selenium, which are crucial in maintaining good health.

Taro is a nutrient-dense food rich in carbohydrates for energy, fiber for healthy digestion, and potassium, magnesium, iron, and manganese to support heart health, muscle function, and bone strength. Packed with vitamins like Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B6, it boosts immunity, promotes brain development, and supports skin health. Additionally, the antioxidants in taro help protect against oxidative stress, making it a great food for supporting overall growth, digestive health, and immune function in babies.

Chinese cabbage is a great source of essential nutrients such as vitamins C, K, and folate, as well as fiber, calcium, and potassium. Its high fiber content can support healthy digestion and prevent constipation. Furthermore, Chinese cabbage contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds, which can help reduce inflammation in the body. Vitamin C in Chinese cabbage can strengthen the immune system. Studies have shown that Chinese cabbage may provide protection against some diseases, including certain cancers and heart disease.

Tomatoes are a great source of vitamin C, which is beneficial when paired with plant-based iron-rich foods like lentils, beans, and peas as it helps in iron absorption. Additionally, tomatoes are rich in carotenoids, a group of plant nutrients with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that come in various varieties and offer distinct advantages such as promoting healthy eyesight, immunity, and heart function, as well as shielding the skin from sun damage.

Tofu is packed with protein, plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, iron, and zinc. These nutrients collectively aid in growth and development, brain health, healthy red blood cells, and a robust immune system, as well as enhancing taste perception.
