Our meals are freshly prepared upon your order and immediately preserved using blast freeze technology to ensure peak freshness and nutritional integrity. These meals can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months, although we strongly recommend consuming them within 1 month to enjoy their best quality, as we do not use any preservatives. If stored in the fridge, please consume them within 2-3 days.

Once thawed, the meals should not be refrozen. We advise consuming thawed meals within 24 hours if kept in the fridge. You will find the ‘Best Consumed By’ date on each container to help ensure freshness.

Please heat the meals and consume them as soon as possible. Always taste-test before serving to your little ones, ensuring the temperature is safe and the food is fresh for their enjoyment. If the meals have been left at room temperature for more than 2 hours, we recommend discarding them for safety.

The baby food you ordered will be delivered the week after your order is placed as long as it is placed by the cutoff time on Saturday before 23:59. The delivery will take place from Wednesday to Friday, from 5 - 9pm. We will inform you of the delivery date two days prior to the delivery, but we will not be able to advise on the exact delivery time as it is subjected to the courier’s route, traffic and weather conditions.

Your meals will arrive fresh in a biodegradable carrier with some ice packs. To reduce unnecessary waste, an insulated bag will only be provided upon request or when there is no one around to receive the meals. When your meals arrive, they should be in frozen form. Please place them in the fridge/freezer as soon as possible after delivery. Your meals can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours and up to three months in the freezer.

Please ensure that there is someone home to receive the delivery as all our meals are delivered frozen and must be kept in the freezer as soon as it reaches you. If there is no one around, please ensure that there is a place for us to leave the insulated bag. The baby food needs to be kept in the fridge/freezer straight after being left outside in the room temperature for a maximum of 30-60 minutes to ensure freshness.

1. Take the baby food out of the freezer. Ensure the meal is consistently stored in the freezer at -18°C or below before serving.
2. Pop the meal out from the container directly without thawing. If it's a bit tricky to pop out, simply let it sit at room temperature for about 3-5 minutes.
3. Heat the meal up either by steaming (10-20 min) or microwaving (3-5 min). When doing so, it's advisable to loosely cover the meal to prevent water droplets from falling into it during steaming and retain moisture during microwaving, ensuring optimal taste and texture. Please note that appliances of different brands may vary in power/wattage, so you may need to adjust the heating time accordingly to achieve the desired temperature.
