Non-Spicy Korean Bibimbap

Yes, we are fully licensed by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA). Our license number is CE21Q43P000. This certification ensures that we adhere to stringent food safety and hygiene standards set by the SFA to provide safe and high-quality food products. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in all our production processes.
Our meals are either freshly prepared upon order or carefully selected from our ready stock (which is kept within 1 month of preparation to ensure peak freshness and quality).
All meals are immediately preserved using blast freeze technology to lock in nutrients and natural flavours — without any added preservatives. You can store them in your freezer for up to 3 months, though we strongly recommend consuming them within 1 month for the best taste and texture. If storing in the fridge, please consume within 2–3 days.
Once thawed, meals should not be refrozen. If kept in the fridge after thawing, please consume within 24 hours.
Each container includes a ‘Best Consumed By’ date for your reference.
Before serving, always heat the meal thoroughly, and taste-test to ensure the temperature and quality are suitable for your little one.
For food safety, we advise discarding any meals left at room temperature for over 2 hours.
Preorder
You have the flexibility to choose your preferred delivery date and timeslot during the checkout process. Our delivery timeslots are:
- Thursday: 12-3PM, 3-6PM and 6-10PM
- Friday: 12-3PM, 3-6PM and 6-10PM
- Saturday: 12-3PM, 3-6PM and 6-10PM
weekly (unless stated otherwise). If you wish to receive your preordered meals the following week, please ensure your order is placed before the cutoff time of Saturday at 23:59.
We will confirm your delivery date and timeslot via email or WhatsApp at least 2 days prior to delivery, providing ample time for you to make necessary arrangements.
Please be aware that to maintain the freshness and safety of your meals, which are delivered frozen, someone should be available to receive them. If you are not able to be at home during the delivery, please specify a secure location where the insulated bag/box can be safely left. Meals should be stored in the fridge or freezer immediately upon delivery and should not be left at room temperature for more than 30-60 minutes.
Ready Stock
If you place your order before 12 PM, you can expect next-day delivery! You’ll be able to choose from the following time slots for delivery:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 12-3 PM, 3-6 PM, 6-10 PM
- Sunday and Monday: 12-3 PM, 3-6 PM
Please be aware that to maintain the freshness and safety of your meals, which are delivered frozen, someone should be available to receive them. Your meals will be delivered via cold truck and arrive fresh in an insulated bag/box with some ice packs. When your meals arrive, they should be in frozen form. Please place them in the fridge/freezer as soon as possible after delivery. Your meals can be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours and up to 3 months in the freezer (below -18C).
Please ensure that there is someone home to receive the delivery as all our meals are delivered frozen and must be kept in the freezer as soon as it reaches you. If there is no one around, The courier will ask for your approval to leave the bag/box at the door. If you would like that, please ensure that there is a place for us to leave the insulated bag/box. The meals need to be kept in the fridge/freezer straight after being left outside in the room temperature for a maximum of 30-60 minutes to ensure freshness.
Otherwise, the courier will take the bag/box back and attempt to redeliver the next day, which might incur extra charge.
