Apples are a great source of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and antioxidants which are beneficial for a growing baby. The nutritional composition of apples differs based on the variety. These meals can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months, although we strongly recommend consuming them within 1 month to enjoy their best quality, as we do not use any preservatives. If stored in the fridge, please consume them within 2-3 days.
