Bananas are rich in energizing carbohydrates and essential nutrients such as folate, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and potassium. These nutrients promote nervous system health, skin health, iron absorption, and blood pressure regulation. Additionally, bananas offer abundant antioxidants surpassing several berries, herbs, and vegetables.
Sesame seeds are a powerhouse of nutrients essential for babies' growth, providing B vitamins, folate, and key minerals such as copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, and selenium. Rich in healthy fats, including lignans and phytosterols, sesame also offers antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and potential anti-cancer benefits. These tiny seeds are packed with fiber, protein, and are an excellent source of calcium, iron, and zinc, nutrients that are often lacking in infant and toddler diets.
Eggs are an excellent protein source, offering a full spectrum of amino acids (cellular building blocks) and essential fats such as saturated fats, cholesterol, and DHA (an omega-3 fatty acid) crucial for cell membrane construction, brain development, and eye health. Additionally, eggs are packed with B vitamins, folate, selenium, zinc, iodine, and a trace of iron (though less than meat). Notably, they are among the top sources of choline, vital for the development of the brain and nervous system.
Our pancakes are freshly prepared on a weekly basis, ensuring maximum freshness. They can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months, although we strongly recommend consuming them within 1 month to enjoy their best quality, as we do not use any preservatives. If stored in the fridge, please consume them within 2-3 days. Please refer to the 'Best Consumed By' date for optimal freshness. Once defrosted, please do not refreeze and consume immediately after heating up.
- Microwave: Place pancakes in microwave (without thawing) for 10-15 sec.
- Steam: Place pancakes in steamer (without thawing) and steam for 3-5 min (just after the water starts boiling). Loosely cover the pancakes to prevent them from getting soggy.
- Pan-fry: Spray oil on the pan, add pancakes without thawing, and pan-fry on low heat for 3-5 min.
- Air-fry/Toaster-oven: Pop in the air-fry/oven-toast at 120-140C for 3-5 min without thawing.
