Mangoes are packed with carbohydrates, fiber, and water, along with vitamins A, B6, C, E, and K, plus potassium, folate, and various antioxidants. These components collectively energize a baby’s play and growth, enhance digestive wellness, and assist in maintaining hydration. Furthermore, they contribute to healthy vision, metabolic activity, immune defense, electrolyte stability, operation of the nervous system, and the body’s restoration and healing processes.

Apples
are a great source of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and antioxidants which are beneficial for a growing baby. The nutritional composition of apples differs based on the variety. Red apples are high in anthocyanins, a type of antioxidant that can boost cardiovascular health and the gut microbiome. Apples are packed with nutrients that can enhance the immune system, support skin health, facilitate cellular growth, regulate bowel movements, and promote a healthy gut microbiome.

Coconut provides fats, fiber, and protein, along with iron, magnesium, potassium, selenium, zinc, and several B vitamins. These nutrients collectively boost energy, supporting growth, development, and play. They also aid digestion, iron levels, electrolyte equilibrium, hormone activity, immune function, and numerous metabolic functions.

Oats and oatmeal
are rich in beneficial carbohydrates and contain a unique type of fiber called beta-glucan, which offers specific advantages for the health of the gut and immune system. They provide a valuable source of zinc, which supports the immune system, as well as enhancing the senses of taste and smell in babies. Oats also contain smaller amounts of various other nutrients, including folate, choline, iron, magnesium, and selenium, among others. Furthermore, oats are abundant in phytonutrients, which are natural compounds derived from plants. These phytonutrients, such as quercetin, rutin, phytosterols, alkaloids, and more, offer numerous benefits to the human body.
