Bananas are rich in energizing carbohydrates and essential nutrients such as folate, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and potassium. Additionally, bananas offer abundant antioxidants surpassing several berries, herbs, and vegetables.

Eggs are an excellent protein source, offering a full spectrum of amino acids (cellular building blocks) and essential fats such as saturated fats, cholesterol, and DHA (an omega-3 fatty acid) crucial for cell membrane construction, brain development, and eye health. Additionally, eggs are packed with B vitamins, folate, selenium, zinc, iodine, and a trace of iron (though less than meat). Notably, they are among the top sources of choline, vital for the development of the brain and nervous system.

Serving Instructions

Our pancakes are freshly prepared on a weekly basis, ensuring maximum freshness. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Please refer to the 'Best Consumed By' date for optimal freshness. Once defrosted, please do not refreeze and consume immediately after heating up.

  • Microwave: Place pancakes in microwave (without thawing) for 10-15 sec.
  • Steam: Place pancakes in steamer (without thawing) and steam for 3-5 min (just after the water starts boiling). Loosely cover the pancakes to prevent them from getting soggy.
  • Pan-fry: Spray oil on the pan, add pancakes without thawing, and pan-fry on low heat for 3-5 min.
  • Air-fry/Toaster-oven: Pop in the air-fry/oven-toast at 120-140C for 3-5 min without thawing.

  • Please ensure it's the right temperature before serving to your little one.
